Computer Teaching Assistant at Central JBA
SUMMARY
The Job & Business Academy is seeking a volunteer for a Computer Teaching Assistant position. The Computer Teaching Assistant supports the JBA workshop instructor in providing quality service and technology learning to students. They will assist customers with signing up for workshops and explaining JBA services. This position may also require minor clerical duties and assistance in the workshops as needed.
SKILLS REQUIRED

17 years old and older (Minors must provide parental consent and valid working papers)

Basic computer knowledge

Understanding of MS Office

Previous customer service experience

Volunteer schedules depend on computer class schedules (Mondays - Fridays) and on individual dates and times available. Volunteers may work a maximum of 15 hours per week.
Individuals 18 and older are subject to an investigative background check that may be used when considering volunteers.
