Media Center Assistant at Central 2019-2020
The Media Center at the QPL Central Library is seeking motivated and organized volunteers to assist with a large-scale reorganization of its avilable CD and DVD collection. This project allows QPL to create suitable space to provide new items to the public. This project is expected to last through April 2020.
Individuals will be required to:

- Reorganize collection in alphabetical order (CDs, DVDs)
- Assist with shifting library collections
- Assist with preparing weeded materials for discard
- Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- 16 years and older
- Must be able to multi-task and highly organized
- Possess strong spelling and alphabetizing skills
- Comfortable working both as part of a team and independently
- Able to follow instructions
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Available 2-3 afternoons a week (Tuesday through Thursday)
- Available 2:00pm - 5:00pm
