2024 Voter Registration Drive
This election season, Queens Public Library is on a mission to empower our community by ensuring every voice is heard through the power of voting.
We’re looking for 3-4 people to join us in this vital Voter Registration Drive. Your role will be pivotal—by providing forms and answering questions, you’ll be helping to unlock the doors of democracy for many.
When: Saturday, September 14th
Time: 10:30am - 2:00pm
Where: Jackson Heights Library, located at 35-51 81st Street (outside - weather permitting)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 16 or older to participate (Minor must complete a parental consent form - click here)
- Possess a friendly and outgoing personality
- Comfortable speaking with others
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
Staff will be present, and training information is provided to familiarize you with the registration steps.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is an in-person opportunity. Minors must complete a parental consent form to volunteer for this project. Working papers are not required for this project
Deadline: You must register by Wednesday, September 11th at 11:59 PM.
