Become a Community Service Partner
Community Based Organizations, Academic Institutions, and Neighborhood Civic Groups are invited to work with Queens Public Library to participate in educational and enriching community service partnerships.
How It Works
- Complete the appropriate inquiry form to provide information about the organization, institution, or group. Provide details about your audience, focus areas, availability, and what you seek to gain from this partnership.
- Meet with the Civic Engagement Team. Speak with our team to review your request. This meeting is a chance to hear about potential service projects, ask questions, and begin the steps to develop a project plan.
- Complete the library's Service Agreement to Provide Volunteers/Interns. Partners are required to satisfy the library's legal and onboarding process prior to the start of the partnership.
