SUMMER VOLUNTEERING AT QUEENS PUBLIC LIBRARY

Queens Public Library offers a variety of community service opportunities for summer 2023 at many of our community library branches.

Spend a few hours this summer earning valuable service hours, building career skills, or lending a helping hand in the neighborhood.

Popular service projects include:
  • Summer Meal Helpers
  • Summer Reading Assistants
  • Mobile Food Pantry Helpers
  • Event and Community Outreach Volunteers...and much more!
We offer opportunities for anyone 14 years or older, with projects occuring morning and afternoons, Monday through Saturday (occassional Sundays too!)
