(Private) Customer Service Aide at Woodside (QPL)
SUMMARY
Woodside Library is seeking an energetic and friendly person to serve as a Customer Service Aide. This individual would assist branch staff with helping patrons use the newly-installed multi-function devices.
The machines allow customers to fax/make copies on flatbed and feeder; save info on USB or email; and instruct patrons how to pay via cash/credit. Volunteers will receive training to operate the device.
SKILLS REQUIRED

Must be 14 years old and up

Available Monday - Friday (exact times flexible)

Skilled and efficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Previous Customer Service experience preferred; friendly and outgoing

Solid interpersonal skills; willing to speak with others and possess good communication skills.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
This is an in-person project. Individuals, 18 and older are subject to an investigative background check that may be used when considering volunteers.
